Maine Masters Swim Club Celebrates 20 Years!

The year was 1988 in Brunswick, Maine when the late George Erswell and his supporters brought a US Masters Swim Club to Maine. To commemorate our many miles of lap swimming it seemed fitting to publish a cookbook from its birthplace.
